Our extruding device features a variable frequency motor, allowing for easy rotation changes of the screw during the blowing process. With a high slenderness ratio, this screw can process a wide variety of materials with strong plasticizing abilities and low energy consumption. The barrel features a resistance heater, which can be quickly, stably, and equably controlled by a computer for efficient heating.
With our combined extrusion system, you can install different heads to blow products with view strip lines or double layers. The double station mould clamping device features toggle type and linear guider, allowing for faster and more stable mould platen movement.
Our hydraulic oil loop has been improved with power saving in mind, providing a rapid and stable design. The machine's hydraulic elements are also conveniently installed and maintained, thanks to its removable and mobilizable oil tank.
The entire machine is controlled by a computer, equipped with double proportional control in its hydraulic system and fault automatic alarm for reliable operation. Additionally, it features a high level of automation and data memory for up to 40 sets of moulds.
For user convenience, our machine offers three operation modes: "Manual", "Semi Auto", and "Full Auto". We also prioritize safety with an electric and mechanical safety device for the safety door, ensuring no mould closing occurs when it is open.
Finally, our machine includes an oblique blowing function for even greater flexibility and functionality.
